Where to Buy Women’s Narrow Shoes
Women’s shoes are available in a variety of sizes, and a variety of types of sizes. Through the sizes that are available in traditional shoe stores – many of these shoes come in a regular width. The regular widths of these shoes are often available in traditional shoe stores, with very few stores stocking shoes that are suitable for women with narrow feet.
It is important to try on the shoes that are being considered, especially when you are shopping for shoes that are out of the ordinary from regular sizes. Through these sizes that are available in regular stores, there are often very few sizes which are stocked in stores and therefore it can be hard to find the shoes that fit well.
Speaking with the members of the store about which shoes have a narrow fit – in the regular sizes can be an effective way to find shoes that fit, without having to report to specialty narrow sizes that are not available through mainstream shoe lines.
Unfortunately, when it comes to the majority of shoe designers – the designs are only available in regular sizes. Finding a designer that caters to women with narrow feet can be an effective way to be able to shop online for shoes, as well as shopping through traditional shoe lines.
Becoming familiar with the shoe lines that are specialized for narrow feet can be an effective way to be able to shop for shoes on a whim, rather than having to stick with shoe lines that are created for narrow feet.

White Wedding Shoes
White Wedding Shoes from a Bridal Boutique Perhaps the best place to find a great pair of white wedding shoes is at your local bridal boutique. They typically have some very elegant pairs of white wedding shoes to wear with your dress in a variety of styles to choose from. Be careful with buying your wedding shoes from one of those boutiques though, they are not really known for having excellent prices. But, if you fall in love with a particular pair they have, then wait for a sale to be able to save some money later.
White Wedding Shoes from a Shoe Store
You can find a cheaper pair of white wedding shoes if you go and look in a discount shoe store. The only problem with this is that it can be really hard to find a pair of all white wedding shoes that you will be able to use for your wedding. I found my wedding shoes from a shoe store (Payless to be exact), and was lucky that it was spring time so that there were a few pairs of all white shoes that I could use for my white wedding shoes. Another idea that you can use to find some white wedding shoes are to use a pair of all white tennis shoes, which I talk more about in a previous article, Wedding Tennis Shoes
White Wedding Shoes from the Internet
Another idea for finding a pair of white wedding shoes is to look on the Internet. If you have pretty normal feet (unlike me, my feet are so narrow!), then this will probably work for you. You can find lots of white wedding shoes from different sites off of the Internet, such as wedding ballet slippers, or other wedding shoes that you can’t find near you. Whatever you do though, find a great deal on a pair of white wedding shoes.
It’s really not too difficult to find a great pair of white wedding shoes that you can wear with your wedding dress. Determine what kinds of shoes you feel most comfortable wearing, and then find a great pair of shoes that you can wear that will fit the bill. For any other help, check out my other articles on wedding shoes, which can be found in the wedding shoes category to your right.

Low Heel Ivory Wedding Shoes – Very Comfortable to Wear
Ivory Wedding Shoes – The Traditional
Favourite
Ivory wedding shoes are avoided by many brides as they believe that white is the only choice for wedding day shoes. On the contrary, ivory wedding shoes are an extremely popular color and are in fact sometimes better or more serviceable than the traditional white. However, most women dream of being married in all white, and not ivory.
First of all, choosing ivory as your wedding color is much more traditional than stark, bright white. Women have been married in ivory for centuries, and it is only recently that bright white became popular. If you are looking to be a little more old-fashioned and respectful of tradition, ivory is the color for you!
If there is one type of shoe that is perfect for virtually all weddings, it is the ivory wedding shoes. This is by far the most common color of all colors for bridal shoes not only because of its timeless beauty, but because it can also easily be dyed almost any color you want. Low heel ivory wedding shoes are perfect for a long dress or a short one, a classic dress or a more modern one, and can be worn long after the big day.
Most women choose ivory wedding shoes because of their versatility. Unlike the wedding dress itself, which will only be worn one time, when you choose ivory wedding shoes, you will get your moneys worth out of them. Of course, they will look fantastic on the wedding day, and because of their low heel they will be comfortable and safe for you to walk in.
Low Heel Ivory Wedding Shoes Choosing low heel ivory wedding shoes means that you don’t have to worry about walking around on high heels that you could possibly trip on, and they also have a very nice conservative feel about them. But, what is perhaps the best aspect of these bridal shoes is the fact that they can be dyed.
Dyeable Ivory Wedding Shoes
If you want, you can choose ivory wedding shoes and have it dyed any color for your wedding, or you can leave them ivory for the wedding day and dye them afterward. It is very inexpensive to have your shoes dyed, compared to the cost of buying designer wedding shoes and you will be able to wear them with other outfits for years to come.
There is a growing trend toward traditional weddings, and ivory wedding shoes certainly fit the bill. Every bride looks fantastic in a low heel, and with ivory being the most popular color, you simply can’t go wrong with ivory wedding shoes for price and versatility.
Choosing ivory is not second place to white – it is the first choice for many women. It is traditional; it is stunning and is very easy to work with. Your wedding planner will be extremely happy that your choice is ivory because of the many options it gives them with the rest of the wedding. But, best of all, you will look great dressed in your wedding outfit, no matter what your skin tone. People will be looking at you and not just at your ivory gown and matching ivory wedding shoes!

Cute Shoes
I am completely obsessed with shoes, so I felt I had to share with all of you some of the cutest shoes I’ve seen around. There are a lot of new fashions this season, but there are also lots of things that have come back from last season, so don’t throw anything out yet. Pretty much anything that’s cute, will look good on you. I especially like the peep-toes because they make any outfit extremely sexy as well as stilettos which are completely to die for!
These adorable peep-toe pumps are from J Lo’s shoe collection. They are absolutely amazing, especially for the summer. I especially like the ankle strap, so you can wear them either during the day or at night. The color is very interesting as well, a deep green with a black background, and a lot of intricate little details that add just the right touch to these ultra-feminine shoes.
These next shoes are probably one of my top choices (I’ve featured them on a previous blog) but I just can’t get enough of them! They are so perfect for the summer as they will go fabulously with anything from skinny jeans, to miniskirts, and all sorts of summer dresses. The wooden heel gives it a simple, natural look, while the floral pattern gives off a feminine vibe. These peep-toes will make your legs look absolutely amazing.Manic Monday at the ASOS sale!
there's one thing I love more than shoes, it's a shoe sale! ASOS, in their usual way, is having a clearance of many fabulous styles - perfect for tucking away until next spring/summer or to wear to death between now and then. With choices like peep-toes (which, if you'll remember, are perfect for winter with a pair of thick tights!), Mary Janes and quite a selection of flats, plimsolls and trainers, why not take advantage? For our picks, see after the cut...From left to right:

Wedding shoes: an overlooked item during preparations
Understandably, wedding shoes are overlooked most of the time because it is most likely to go unnoticed to the bride. Being covered by the long gown during the wedding, most if not all of the people attending the wedding won’t be noticing the shoes at all. However, it must be pointed out that wedding shoes are as important as the dress for the bride.White Wedding Shoes Photo
White wedding shoes have got to be one of the most elegant shoes that you can find. There is something about the purity of wearing white that is simply fantastic! Plus, you hardly ever get to wear white shoes. When was the last time you put on a pair of white shoes? So, for your wedding, I think white shoes would be fantastic! The photo above is simply gorgeous. It was shot by Charles Thompson, a great photographer. What I love about the photo is the angle and how the shoes are laid out with the bouquet. At this angle, you can see the great details of the front of the shoe. This white wedding shoe is so pretty. I love the pointed heel with the little ankle strap. It looks like the ankle strap even has delicate rhinestones – a great touch for a wedding shoe. Also, the front has a gorgeous bow and it looks like 2 straps come together to form that bow. It’s such a great shoe and perfect for the bride looking for something special.
The thing I love about the photo is how the bouquet contrasts against the shoes. The deep dark red roses look great against the pure white shoes. The background is really simple and pretty white as well making the contrast against the bouquet even greater. You can even see a peep of the window that is cracked open. I love the whole effect! There is something so great about the angle, the flowers and the white background. The shoes are so pretty too!
If you’re a bride looking to show off your shoes, considering putting your bouquet next to the shoes to give them some color, especially if you are planning to wear white wedding shoes.

Today’s fashion trends: High heels shoes
For some people they are a symbol of distinction and elegance, other people see them as a sexual fetish and for almost all women they are a torture they wear on their feet. However, it is an indispensable accessory for all kind of events. High heels are in fashion again in different styles: Peep toe, Stilettos or Louboutin. There are heels for all preferences.
Currently, you can find a lot of models and several designs, although the most popular are those with velvet textures and patent leather similar to the Dita Von Teese pin up style. Other popular heels are the snake heels and pyramid studded heels.
Jimmy Choo, Manolo Blahnik or Prada are some of the most outstanding brands with these types of designs. It is common to see their models being worn by actresses like Sarah Jessica Parker or Angelina Jolie who not doubt have preferences for Peep Toes. They are some of the celebrities who usually wear heels for any social event.
Short women like Eva Longoria and tall women like Charlize Theron or Katie Holmes… all of them wear spectacular and elegant dresses or outfits to add style in their looks, and they usually complement their looks with the new Louboutin heels or other high heels that emphasize their long legs.
Fashion trends in shoes and booties – Autumn Winter 2008 2009
If you loooove shoes, then this post is for you. Maybe you don’t have a closet full of Manolo’s shoes like Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City, but some good choices for the season could be enough. We need to know which trends in shoes and boots are in fashion this autumn-winter that is becoming very cold.
The must-have footwear for women this winter are the Eighties-style booties. They are the perfect complement for skinny pants, skirts or dresses. They can be hidden platform booties like those designed by Yves Saint Laurent, or pointed booties like those designed by ChloƩ or Roberto Cavalli.
The punk or rock style is complemented with elements like the studs used in Gucci boots. Boots with fringes, like those of Gucci, are perfect for the folk-hippie style, that is so in fashion this season.

Rose Shoe Tax
Italian and Spanish footwear manufacturers are gearing up to support the continuance of high tariffs on cheap Chinese shoes, which were put into place to help the European manufacturers protect against an influx of imported goods. Specifically, they were a response to a surge in the import of Chinese footwear and leather goods, which had a negative effect on the sale of Italian, French, Polish and Spanish footwear. Many retailers and most EU member states, though, oppose the measures (put into place in 1996), which comprise a 16.5% duty on Chinese shoes and a 10% tariff on Vietnamese. The tariffs were extended in October of last year by Lord Mandelson, the European Trade Commissioner at the time; the extension runs through this October, and further extension depends on the state of the market. On October 22, the Commission must decide whether or not to maintain the tariffs. If the Commission decides not to maintain them, the tariffs will be automatically lifted in January. Maintaining the tariffs will have a negative impact on trade relations between Asia and Europe, something that could affect the World Trade Organization as it attempts to garner support for the Doha Round of trade negotiations.
